Warehouse Services Assistant

About The Role

You'll be a key part of our warehouse team, keeping things running smoothly day to day. From picking and packing orders to receiving inwards goods and operating machinery, you'll play an important part in making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately and on time
• Receiving and unloading domestic and international containers
• Operating forklifts, reach trucks and order pickers
• Keeping workstations, equipment and common areas clean and tidy
• Supporting stocktake counts and maintaining stock presentation
• Following health, safety and MPI processes at all times

What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and able to handle loads up to 20kg
• Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Good attention to detail — accuracy matters here
• A team player who communicates well and shows up reliably
• Basic warehouse knowledge and a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and genuine work ethic
