About the Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of business development activity across your portfolio, identifying and securing new lending opportunities through strong engagement with investors, clients and professional networks. You’ll be involved throughout the full transaction lifecycle — from initial deal structuring and analysis through to progressing applications and maintaining momentum across your pipeline.

Working closely with credit and lending colleagues, you’ll play a key part in achieving quality lending outcomes, contributing to team performance, and staying close to market movements and trends. It’s a varied position that blends relationship management, commercial thinking, and execution — perfect for someone who enjoys both the front-end and technical aspects of lending.

About You

• Background in property finance, banking, brokering, or lending
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow strong professional relationships
• Commercially savvy with sound problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Experience assessing and structuring lending transactions
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Driven, self-motivated and comfortable managing competing priorities
• Understanding of property lending frameworks and credit processes is advantageous
