We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented Property student to join our Data Support team on a short-term casual basis. This role is ideal for a 3rd year student looking to gain practical industry experience during the June and July university break.
This position plays an important role in ensuring accurate and up to date building and occupier data, supporting our success in the market.
The Opportunity - Te āhei
- 2 to 3 weeks full time work aligned with university holidays, based in our Queenstown office.
- Vacancy surveying including physically checking buildings and tenancies
- Engaging with contacts in person, by phone and email to verify information
- Online research to validate data
- Data entry and maintenance of building and tenancy records
To be successful in this role you require:
- Currently completing a property degree, ideally in your 3rd or last year
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Professional, presentable and confident engaging with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data handling skills
- Customer focused with clear communication skills
- Full New Zealand driver's licence and access to a vehicle
