We are seeking a Test Manager to join our Auckland team, leading testing management across our core Enterprise Applications, including Oracle Fusion, Workday, and integrated platforms. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality, stable releases by managing end-to-end testing across all phases – SIT, UAT, regression, performance, security, and integration – ensuring alignment to timelines, scope, and business requirements.

You will define and embed enterprise test strategies, frameworks, and standards, applying risk-based approaches to optimise coverage across release cycles. This includes coordinating cross-platform testing, managing defect lifecycles, and providing clear reporting on quality, risks, and release readiness. You will also drive improvements in QA and release stability, lead the test automation strategy, and support the maintenance of effective test environments with strong data integrity, refresh practices, and security compliance.

This role suits a hands-on leader who can develop a small team, collaborate across stakeholders, and foster a strong culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You are an experienced Test Manager with a strong background in leading enterprise testing management. You bring hands-on expertise in quality assurance, system stability, and change and release processes, ideally across platforms such as Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, or similar.

You are a collaborative leader who works effectively with stakeholders, and vendors when needed, to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex environments. You are passionate about mentoring and developing others, creating a supportive and inclusive team culture.

You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience developing and executing enterprise test strategies, frameworks, and plans
  • Proven capability across all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and integration testing
  • Strong experience managing defect lifecycles, reporting on quality metrics, and communicating risks and progress
  • Experience leading cross-platform and vendor testing, including integrated systems and APIs
  • Ability to define and drive test automation strategies and improve testing efficiency
  • Experience in supporting the management and maintenance of test environments, including data integrity, refresh cycles, and security requirements
