What You'll Do

This pivotal role connects renewable generation, commercial product strategy and customer needs.

As Energy Product Manager, internally known as Product Manager, you'll lead the development, positioning and performance of Genesis' renewable offerings, with a focus on solar and broader renewable products. You'll shape propositions that connect generation projects to commercial, corporate and industrial customers.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Own renewable product strategy, shaping strong propositions for large-scale commercial, corporate and industrial clients.
• In conjunction with the Partnerships Manager, build strategic partnerships with solar and wind developers, positioning Genesis as a preferred offtake and product partner.
• Evaluate and structure renewable opportunities, including financial modelling, pricing frameworks and risk assessment.
• Present clear, value-led commercial proposals to key customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiation and execution of renewable energy agreements, aligned to Genesis' commercial objectives and risk appetite.
• Oversee project pipeline.

What You'll Bring

You'll be a commercially sharp renewable energy professional who can balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. You'll build trusted relationships, translate complexity into clear opportunities, and bring people with you as you shape products that make a real impact.

We're Looking For Someone With

• Strong preference for solar experience
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, renewable energy, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in renewable energy product and project management, particularly solar and/or wind.
• Strong financial modelling, project evaluation, and commercial analysis experience.
• Proven contract management experience, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating large-scale renewable energy contracts.
• Experience coaching relationship managers, partnership specialists, or client-facing teams.
• Strong business acumen, strategic agility and confidence working with customers, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
