We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of quality assurance processes on a major infrastructure project.

The Role

As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and day-to-day management of quality systems and processes across the project.

You will:

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and control processes
• Assist site teams with quality documentation, inspections, and close-out activities
• Maintain quality registers, including NCRs, ITPs, and progress tracking
• Coordinate and follow up on quality actions to ensure timely completion
• Support the preparation of handover documentation for project completion
• Provide day-to-day support to site teams to ensure quality requirements are clearly understood and followed

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a site-based or quality-related role
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support and guide teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn

Experience in construction, infrastructure, or major projects is highly desirable.
