Purpose

The Intermediate Developer is responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that meet quality and performance standards. This role works closely with senior developers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams, delivering well-structured code while continuing to build technical capability and experience across modern development practices.

What You'll Do

• Write accurate code according to specifications.
• Provide insights into specifications
• Plan and allocate time for coding and non-coding activities to ensure individual and team deadlines are met
• Agree what is to be delivered in each development cycle
• Meet delivery commitments with quality work
• Make contributions to the technical design of functional solutions
• Resolve technical problems independently
• Proactively seek feedback on more complex challenges to ensure accuracy
• Work effectively with the development tool and frameworks
• Actively collaborate with senior colleagues with the view of gaining additional technical and product knowledge
• Identifying and attending appropriate training

What You’ll Bring With You

• 2 to 5 years solid coding experience in an application development environment
• Solid computer programming skills
• 2 years of C# experience
• Strong WPF knowledge and experience
• MCSE Developing Microsoft Azure and Web Services
• MSCE Programming in C#
• Detailed knowledge of general processes and activities carried out throughout the SDLC
• Competent use of development tools and frameworks
• Ability to solve technical problems and identify flaws in exiting code
• Detailed product knowledge
