Building Associate

DENSEN CONSTRUCTION LTD is a company located in Auckland, and currently looking for a fulltime Building associate, you will be working for a minimum 30 hours per week on roaster. Welcome to join our supportive team if you are capable of these tasks:

Job Description:

• Supporting Construction Managers, Architects, and Surveyors in the coordination and management of projects
• Analyzing and interpreting blueprints, regulations, and industry standards
• Drafting initial sketches, detailed drawings, and specifications
• Editing and refining plans, maps, and diagrams
• Scheduling and organizing work schedules
• Conducting inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and standards
• Estimating costs and project timelines
• Utilizing surveying tools and photogrammetric equipment to gather data
• Performing basic calculations and plotting preliminary data

• A clean criminal record
• Relevant diploma qualification, no specific major required if the applicant holds a bachelor's degree or higher; or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
