The Opportunity

We are working with a select number of clients building enterprise agentic AI solutions on Microsoft Fabric.

If you have delivered Fabric native AI solutions end to end not just the data engineering side, but the full RAG pipeline, agent configuration and Teams deployment. This is the kind of work you've been waiting for!

We have both contracting and permanent opportunities available for suitably qualified candidates.

What You'll Be Building

Building intelligent, AI-driven solutions that bring together structured and unstructured data sources to deliver meaningful, conversational experiences to their teams. Working across the full stack - from data pipelines and semantic models, through to AI agent configuration and end user deployment.

Engagements vary by client and industry, but typically involve Fabric native architectures, agentic AI patterns and integration with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You'll work alongside solution architects and client side engineers, owning the technical build and helping teams get the most out of what's been designed.

What we are looking for

• Built production solutions on Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Delta tables, Fabric Mirroring, Direct Lake semantic models and Fabric Data Engineering notebooks
• Designed and implemented RAG patterns end to end, chunking strategies, embedding pipelines, vector indices, cosine similarity matching and retrieval scoping
• Configured Fabric Data Agents (or equivalent agentic frameworks) with instruction prompts and example corpora
• Trained custom Azure AI Document Intelligence models on real document samples
• Built and tuned semantic models for AI consumption, including descriptions, synonyms and sample question pairs
• Deployed agents through Copilot Studio and published to Microsoft Teams

Who You Are

• Confident leading and owning a build, able to work directly with client technical teams and subject matter experts
• Can explain what you're doing clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable coaching junior engineers alongside the build
• Pragmatic about scope - you know when to push back on something that isn't worth doing
