In this role you will be at the heart of our Business Growth team, working alongside our Business Relationship Managers coordinating Business Advisor requests, supporting lending maintenance and managing Advisor administration to ensure a smooth experience with Kiwibank. You will also contribute to the broader Business Banking Growth team building trusted relationships over the phone, identifying opportunities to add value, and help create exceptional customer experiences. You will use your relationship skills, financial literacy, judgement, attention to detail and commitment to service excellence to help grow our Business Banking Advisor channel and wider Business Banking team.

For this role we’re looking for a proactive, customer focused collaborator who can build strong relationships and support advisors and business customers with confidence. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers, advisors or internal stakeholders
• Experienced in keeping tasks organised and moving customer requests along smoothly
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to stay calm when things change
• Proven ability to pick up financial concepts and help customers understand them
• Confident in having natural conversations that help you understand what customers are looking for
