What You'll Do

As a skilled Trade Shop Sales / Storeperson, you’ll be the face of Steel & Tube, driving sales, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Deliver outstanding service and tailored solutions to trade shop customers
Process orders, handle phone queries, and support sales team efforts
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
Maximise sales by promoting Steel & Tube’s diverse product range
Keep the trade shop and warehouse safe, organised, and efficient

This role is a blend of customer-facing sales and hands-on store support. You’ll work closely with the team to understand customer needs, overcome challenges, and grow the business by leveraging your product knowledge and relationship-building skills.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in customer service or sales (trade or merchant experience a plus)
Ability to juggle sales, customer queries, and warehouse tasks with ease
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on results
Familiarity with steel products or a forklift license is a bonus
