Here at Allevia Hospital Epsom we have a fulltime (1.0 FTE) position available for an Anaesthetic Technician or qualified RNAA. Our Anaesthetic service runs Monday to Friday 0630 - 2030, with some Saturday shifts plus on-calls. Shift patterns are 8 or 10 hrs (offering staggered starts) and rostering is flexible. You'll have access to excellent education, gain your ACLS qualifications, be part of patient transfer and resuscitation teams as well as keeping up your cannulation skills - both in the OR and on the wards.

Ngā kōrero mōu | About you

Either: registration as an AT with the NZ Medical Sciences Council, or registration as an RN with the NCNZ and qualification as an RNAA
Current APC with no supervisory requirements
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in Anaesethetics, within NZ or a comparable healthcare system e.g. Australia, UK, Ireland
Outstanding assessment and time management skills, confidence in your practice and the ability to think on your feet
