We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead a major cloud migration and help shape the future of digital services at Hastings District Council. This is a high-impact fixed-term opportunity where you’ll work across the organisation to deliver a complex ERP transformation that improves systems, processes and service outcomes for our people and community.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex digital transformation project, from planning through to implementation.
• Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks and resources to keep delivery on track.
• Work closely with senior leaders, vendors and subject matter experts to build alignment and momentum.
• Support strong project governance, clear reporting and informed decision-making.
• Help drive change readiness, adoption and successful business outcomes across Council.

What you’ll bring

• Proven success delivering large-scale ERP, business systems or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management capability, including planning, governance, risk and vendor management.
• The ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and bring people on the journey.
• Experience working with data migration, system implementation and organisational change.
• Knowledge and experience in local government or a similar complex environment will be highly regarded.
