We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Home Ownership Manager to join our team in Wellington. Te tūranga | The role
As a Mobile Home Ownership Manager, you will operate out in the market, building your network and growing ASB’s presence across Wellington.
This is a highly autonomous role where your focus will be on generating new business, developing strong referral networks, and meeting customers at a time and place that works for them, including outside standard hours.
You will:
- Proactively source and secure new lending opportunities through mainly external networks and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, referral sources, and internal stakeholders
- Provide tailored lending solutions to help customers achieve their home ownership goals
- Identify broader customer needs and connect them with ASB specialists across insurance, KiwiSaver, and other products to support their financial wellbeing.
- Manage your own pipeline and activity, balancing flexibility with performance outcomes
- Represent ASB in the market and strengthen our brand in the Wellington region

You’ll bring strong lending experience and have the confidence to build your own business in a competitive market.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has proven home lending experience, ideally within a mobile or business development environment
- Has an established network or the ability to build meaningful referral relationships quickly
- Is confident, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
- Has a strong track record of achieving home ownership outcomes for customers and growing new business
- Understands the property market and customer lending needs
- Can build trust quickly and maintain long term relationships
- Is commercially minded with strong negotiation skills
- Is organised and manages their time effectively
Experience within banking is highly valued, alongside an understanding of regulatory requirements. Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
