Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Our front office team are an award winning, professional, hard working team who love to make guests' stay a memorable one. The Night Auditor/Receptionist is responsible for assisting guests with their overnight requests and supporting the Night Manager to balance accounts from the day shift. Also checking in guests arriving at night and handle guest requests. We have a full time position available working between 23:00- 7:30.

The Auditor/Receptionist will also complete a checklist of night tasks that prepare the front office team for the next day and support the Night Manager to reconcile accounts, process invoices and prepare reports.

Mōu | About You

• You will be available to work between 23:00- 7:30
• Must be available to work on a rotating roster
• You will have experience in night shifts and have a preference for it!
• You will need a full clean NZ drivers licence as you will also be valet parking our guests cars
• You'll have clear communication in person and via phone/email and additional languages spoken is advantageous (but not required)
• Experience using OPERA Hotel Property Management Solutions very favourable
