About the Role

We're looking for an Integration Developer to join our Innovation and Digital team on a 12-month fixed-term basis, supporting a key phase of our Transformation Programme. This is an opportunity to play a key part in shaping how our systems connect and communicate. Working within a collaborative and forward-thinking technology environment, you'll design and deliver modern integration solutions that enable seamless data flows across platforms. You'll focus on building scalable, secure, cloud-native integrations that support both current operations and future innovation at MAS.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, API Management and more)
  • Developing and maintaining applications using technologies such as C# and SQL
  • Building and supporting integrations between internal systems, SaaS platforms, and third-party providers
  • Applying integration patterns (e.g. event-driven, messaging, orchestration) to ensure robust and reliable solutions
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting integration issues to minimise business disruption
  • Collaborating with architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Contributing to best practice, documentation, and continuous improvement across the Technology function

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • Experience developing integration solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly Azure
  • Strong skills in .NET / C#, APIs, and web services (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of cloud-native integration patterns and DevOps/CI/CD practices
  • Experience working with integration tools, pipelines, and automation frameworks

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on delivery and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working across technical and business teams
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
