Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

Agile Delivery Coach (Pace Performance Coach)

We are looking for multiple Pace Performance Coaches who will be responsible for delivery oversight across multiple teams and areas. They collaborate with Delivery Leads to identify opportunities to continuously improve the execution performance and ensure data integrity in delivery management.

  • Performance Delivery: Drive measurable improvement in squad-level delivery flow, velocity, and health
  • Alignment: Implement agile ways of working aligned with enterprise-wide model.
  • Operational Fluidity: Translation of strategy to deliver complex cross-squad work with minimal disruption or delay.
  • Targeted Enhancement: Identify squad-level improvement areas and implement delivery uplift initiatives.
  • Capability Uplift: Enhance delivery capability and maturity across squads, particularly among Product Owners.

  • Delivery Coaching: Extensive experience coaching delivery teams in agile, waterfall and hybrid environments.
  • Agile & Framework Expertise: Experience in agile practices, delivery frameworks, and performance measurement.
  • Delivery Facilitation: Deep facilitation and coaching capability, especially in high-complexity or cross-functional delivery settings.
  • Execution Understanding: Strong understanding of delivery flow, team dynamics, and continuous improvement.
  • Sustainable Delivery: Practical knowledge of how to embed sustainable ways of working.
  • Cross-Functional Agility: Skilled at working across organizational boundaries and managing complexity.
