You’ll work hands‑on across a multi‑site environment, supporting end users, resolving technical issues, and helping keep our critical systems running smoothly. You’ll be backed by a supportive team, strong mentoring, and opportunities to develop your skills.

What you’ll be doing

• First‑level technical support and troubleshooting

• Administering and maintaining IT systems and applications

• Installing and configuring hardware and software

• Managing service requests and meeting SLAs

• Participating in a rostered on‑call schedule

What you’ll bring

• IT degree or relevant certification

• Experience in IT support or service desk roles

• Microsoft 365 experience (Teams, Email, SharePoint a bonus)

• Strong customer service focus and problem‑solving mindset
