Hynds Tauranga is looking for a motivated

Hynds is New Zealand's leading supplier of water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure products, trusted by civil contractors, builders, and councils nationwide. Our Tauranga branch serves the Bay of Plenty's construction and infrastructure sector, and we need someone ready to be a key part of that.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, varied role combining customer service, admin, and yard work.

You'll be the face of the branch — helping trade customers at the counter, answering product queries, and processing orders and credits. In the yard, you'll operate the forklift, receive inwards goods, maintain stock levels, load and unload trucks, and keep things safe and tidy. You'll also support stocktakes and handle daily admin including banking and account reconciliation.

What We're Looking For

• A people person who enjoys helping customers and solving problems
• Physically capable and comfortable in a yard environment
• Full Class 1 licence with forklift (F) endorsement — or willing to obtain one
• Good attention to detail around invoicing, stock, and pricing
• A team player who communicates well and pitches in where needed
• Sound understanding of health and safety practices
• Experience in trade or building supplies is a bonus — we'll train the right person
