About the Role

Join us as a Warehouse Lead in Westport, based right on‑site with Buller Electricity. They're our main customer, so you'll be hands‑on with their team every day, making sure stock's ready, service is smooth, and nothing slows them down.

This is a standalone role, responsible for the end-to-day running of the warehouse. You will take full ownership of materials, stock, and inventory management, ensuring everything is handled accurately and efficiently to support both operational teams and, most importantly, customer requirements across the region.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships. You will act as a critical link between the warehouse, customers, and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met, issues are resolved proactively, and service is consistently delivered to a high standard.

You'll be involved in

  • Owning and managing the warehouse function independently
  • Picking, packing, and issuing materials for customers and operational teams
  • Managing stock control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy
  • Supporting purchasing and replenishment activities with suppliers
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining warehouse operations
  • Supporting purchasing activities and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across warehouse operations .

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in warehousing, inventory, or supply chain environments
  • Forklift licence and current driver licence
  • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary package
  • Stable, full-time role within a supportive team
  • Health and wellbeing perks including flu vaccines, annual skin checks, and mini medicals
  • Career development opportunities within a growing business
  • Opportunity to be part of critical infrastructure delivery in the West Coast region

We'd love to hear from people looking for a hands-on role within a supportive and fast-paced operational environment.
