About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Maintenance/Gardener. This is a Full Time position working

Monday - Friday 0800 - 1630.

In this role you will:

• Work in a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting, provide the village with an effective maintenance/preventative maintenance service ensuring the safety, repair and appearance of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
• Ensure that all health and safety policies are adhered to, to ensure the safety of residents, staff and visitors
• Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, residential and shared areas
• Work closely with, and support your colleagues

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills
• A reliable, friendly and professional manner
• Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
• Horticultural qualifications preferred
