Assist Sales team in preparation of all sales quotes to customers.
Provide administration support including typing, filing and quote preparation on an as needed basis for all Sales Executives.
Ensure all customer details are entered into the computer system for each new customer, and ongoing maintenance of details.
Obtain and maintain supplier net rates for sales team.
Maintain ongoing customer rates and provide updated rate cards to customers and internal teams in a timely manner.
Complete client SOP’s on behalf of Sales Executives and ensure all relevant documentation is completed in a timely and orderly manner.
Answer all customer inquiries promptly to resolve any queries or issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding.
High attention to detail.
CRM and Intermediate Excel experience.
Exceptional communication skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction.
Excellent writing and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft applications.
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
