Maximum hourly rate (high salary range): $ 45

Job Description: (specific duty tasks)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide high-quality customer service and resolve queries across written, phone, and face-to-face communication channels.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services and outcomes. Manage the end-to-end client relationship process from onboarding through to ongoing support and retention.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and strengthen brand loyalty. Communicate updates, offers, and relevant information to clients and stakeholders where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective database management.
- Monitor stakeholder needs and proactively support issue resolution and escalation where required.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship maintenance to support long-term engagement.
Job requirement: (Applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job)
- Diploma Level 5 in any field, OR
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, particularly in record keeping and communication tracking.
