We’re looking for an ambitious, early-career adviser who sees financial advice as a profession, not a job. You’ll be coachable, growth-oriented, and motivated to build meaningful client relationships from day one.
· Level 5 Certificate (completed)
· Life & Health strand
· KiwiSaver / Investments competency
· Confident KiwiSaver advice capability (non-negotiable)
You’ll confidently discuss: KiwiSaver reviews, life insurance, health insurance, income & trauma cover. (KiwiSaver is our gateway service, life and health insurance advice follow naturally.)
Who you are: Emotionally mature, accountable, brand-focused, no drama, no ego. You want structure, coaching, and a clear pathway to grow and succeed.
What Sprout will train you in: Sales process, advice frameworks, referral systems, client journey, compliance, leadership and performance habits.
Not for you if: You’re burned out, resistant to systems, unqualified, or looking for “easy income.”
Location: Auckland preferred (local presence).
