About The Role

You will run a 360 desk focusing on Accounting & Finance recruitment permanent and contract. This is a warm desk with an established client base and pipeline, allowing you to hit the ground running and maximise your earnings quickly.

• Proven track record as a strong agency recruiter ideally 2+ years in recruitment
• Experience running a full 360 desk – sourcing, business development, client management, and candidate management
• Solid knowledge of the Accounting & Finance market
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by earnings
• Strong communicator who will fit into a fun, collaborative, high-energy team
