We are currently seeking a Key Account Support professional to join our Auckland team.

About The Role

In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for one of New Zealand’s largest compliance contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for a major client account
  • Attending and presenting at monthly client review meetings
  • Managing contract invoicing and related financial processes
  • Providing timely and accurate administration for account management
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Preparing and delivering client reports in line with contractual agreements
  • Processing purchase orders and work orders as required
  • Maintaining accurate client data across internal systems
  • Preparing, filing, and managing compliance documentation
  • Ensuring invoicing is completed within required timeframes and standards
  • Supporting day-to-day client communications and expectations
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Your Skills And Experience Include

  • Business Administration qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales
  • Strong administrative background with high attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong customer service focus and a solutions-driven mindset
  • Experience with Mastermind (highly regarded)
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
