We are currently seeking a Key Account Support professional to join our Auckland team.

About The Role
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for one of New Zealand’s largest compliance contracts, ensuring seamless service delivery and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Serving as the primary day-to-day contact for a major client account
- Attending and presenting at monthly client review meetings
- Managing contract invoicing and related financial processes
- Providing timely and accurate administration for account management
- Building and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Preparing and delivering client reports in line with contractual agreements
- Processing purchase orders and work orders as required
- Maintaining accurate client data across internal systems
- Preparing, filing, and managing compliance documentation
- Ensuring invoicing is completed within required timeframes and standards
- Supporting day-to-day client communications and expectations
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
About You
You are a highly organised and customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your Skills And Experience Include
- Business Administration qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service, administration, or sales
- Strong administrative background with high attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strong customer service focus and a solutions-driven mindset
- Experience with Mastermind (highly regarded)
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
