Te tūranga | The role

As a Senior Learning & Capability Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, partnering with stakeholders to design and deliver impactful learning solutions that uplift capability across both technical and non-technical domains.

You’ll bring an end-to-end lens — from needs analysis through to design, delivery and evaluation — ensuring learning interventions are not only engaging, but drive measurable business outcomes.

You’ll Be a Commercially Minded Learning Professional Who Thrives On Translating Business Needs Into Meaningful Capability Outcomes. Specifically, You Will Bring

• Proven experience in learning needs analysis, solution design, and evaluation, with a strong focus on business impact
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to partner at all levels
• Experience working across end-to-end learning delivery, including project management and implementation
• A solid understanding of learning technologies and eLearning tools (e.g. Articulate, Vyond, SharePoint, Adobe suite)
• Experience in project management and/or human centred design and Agile delivery methods as applied to learning design and delivery
• Strong coaching, and communication skills and the ability to impart knowledge regarding L&D Methodologies
• The ability to mentor and uplift others within the learning community

In This Role, You Will

• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and design learning strategies that meet current and future needs
• Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide learning solutions, including digital and facilitated experiences
• Project manage learning initiatives end-to-end, from discovery through to evaluation and reporting
• Maintain and continuously improve learning content, working closely with SMEs
• Drive innovation in learning through research, experimentation and continuous improvement
• Contribute to a high-performing learning community, sharing knowledge and uplifting team capability
