From hosting international dignitaries as Guests of Government, to delivering iconic occasions like Anzac Day commemorations, State Funerals, and national events , no two days are the same.

This is not your typical administrative role. You’ll be a core part of a high‑performing team, supporting the delivery of complex, high‑stakes events by coordinating across multiple workstreams, managing competing priorities, and ensuring every detail is executed to a high standard.
