The Role

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Architect or Architectural Designer to join this Christchurch-based team. This role will suit someone design-led, but equally a strong all-rounder, who enjoys working across all stages of a project.

You will play a key role in both design and delivery, contributing from early concept through to documentation and construction. There is the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with clients, consultants and the wider team.

Role Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in commercial and large scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of the NZ Building Code and relevant standards
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• Experience with Adobe Suite, Enscape or similar visualisation tools is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Ability to deliver projects from concept through to completion
• Design-led mindset with strong technical capability
• Proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach
