Join our dynamic team in this diverse dual role combining property management and workplace coordination responsibilities supporting the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO) contract. You will manage residential properties whilst delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders including council members, residents, and vendors whilst ensuring compliance with British government guidelines and health and safety legislation.
A snapshot of the role
- Oversee leased residential properties and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Provide market advice to Account Management teams and support staff relocations.
- Prepare lease documentation and maintain electronic property records.
- Ensure properties meet HSE regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
- Manage vendor performance and assist with procurement processes.
- Handle budget forecasting, monitoring reports, and financial processes.
- Direct cleaning staff and oversee general site maintenance.
- Deliver superior customer service and respond to staff requests.
- Support security clearance administration and coordinate official visits.

The successful candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, strong communication abilities, and hands-on property management experience. You'll need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, a customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Residential Property Management or related role
- Experience in general Workplace administration/coordination
- Technical expertise in health and safety standards, building requirements, and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Strong organisational and analytical capabilities with proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks efficiently.
