The Role

This Executive Officer position is central to the smooth and effective operation of the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, leadership team and Board, you will provide high‑quality executive and governance support while also playing a key role in wider operational coordination.

This is a trusted, hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys variety and responsibility. You will manage executive and Board administration, coordinate contracts for service, support HR and recruitment processes, and ensure office systems, records and documentation are well maintained.

Operating across the organisation, you will be relied upon for sound judgement, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive support, office management or a senior administration role within a complex organisation
  • Strong proven capability across Board and leadership support including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking
  • Experience managing contracts, documentation, records and administrative processes end‑to‑end
  • Exposure to HR administration, recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using shared systems such as SharePoint
