Senior Civil Engineer

LDE is seeking a Chartered Senior Civil Engineer to lead our Bay of Plenty civil capability from our Tauranga office. This is the technical lead role for the region, you'll autonomously manage clients and projects from inception through design and delivery, with the backing of our national team across nine North Island offices.

What you'll work on

• Residential, commercial and industrial development (small through to large)
• Roading and pavement design
• Three Waters engineering and Water Sensitive Urban Design
• Retaining wall and MSE wall design
• Coastal and marine structures
• Construction management and verification

What you bring

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
• CPEng (applicants in process will be considered)
• 7+ years' experience including time in consultancy
• AutoCAD / Civil 3D proficiency (preferred)
• Experience leading and building a team
• Client focus and commercial awareness
