Your Impact
As the MyCCEP Manager at CCEP NZ, you’ll lead our B2B execution on the MyCCEP enterprise digital sales platform, working with local and global stakeholders to make the most of this new and exciting tool in support of commercial goals. Covering the 12-month parental leave period for the incumbent MyCCEP Manager, you will be focused on embedding this new tool in our business execution strategies, helping to drive revenue and volume growth through engaging customer content and campaigns online.
The primary responsibilities of the MyCCEP Manager include:
- Routines to maintain BAU content (product images, notifications, news & updates etc.) on MyCCEP are adhered to, with our self-service tool always looking its best to support sales growth
- Partner with stakeholders to plan and schedule business-requested content and campaigns on the platform, driving revenue and volume growth for our MyCCEP customer base
- Monitor and report on the outcomes of campaigns, providing relevant insights and recommendations for improvement
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for business users and key stakeholders as we benefit from the ongoing global investment and growth in digital tools
- Represent New Zealand in the relevant global communities of practice, sharing wins and learning from the best practices in other markets who are already making use of MyCCEP
About You
You will bring 2-3 years’ experience in similar roles and experience leading or coordinating B2B digital platform operations. You will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders across business units and you’ll be familiar with digital marketing concepts.
You’ll also come with working knowledge of content management systems coupled with influencing skills, business acumen, an analytical and data-driven mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
