What You’ll Do

As an Enterprise Architect at Genesis, you’ll partner closely with business and technology leaders to shape strategic technology direction and help solve complex business challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of emerging technologies, while influencing how Genesis evolves its technology landscape across customer, wholesale and corporate services domains.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Are

• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape strategic technology roadmaps
• Translate complex technical concepts into compelling business outcomes
• Influence investment decisions through clear storytelling and pragmatic thinking
• Lead architecture governance across programmes and major initiatives
• Explore emerging technologies and AI opportunities that improve productivity and business value
• Mentor Solution Architects and contribute to long-term capability growth within the architecture practice

We are looking for two Enterprise Architects to join our team.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll be a strong communicator and strategic thinker who can confidently operate in ambiguity, influence stakeholders and balance ideal solutions with practical business outcomes. You’ll bring people with you, whether you’re shaping a project with delivery teams or presenting to senior management or the executive.

You will also have;

• Deep experience in Enterprise Architecture gained in large complex environments, with a track record of maturing technology-enabled roadmaps and aligning them to broader strategy.
• Strong storytelling and influencing skills that land with senior and executive audiences, with the credibility to drive architectural direction and governance across programmes and projects.
• Hands-on experience applying AI and Agentic AI to real business problems, including delivering enterprise productivity outcomes through intelligent agents, automation and software solutions.
• Good working knowledge of modern enterprise architecture practices and tools applied in real delivery contexts.
• Strong data literacy, including an understanding of modern data platforms with a view to leveraging data for strategic advantage.
• A mentoring mindset, with experience onboarding and guiding projects leaders and fellow architects to lift capability and ensure solutions are delivered as intended.
