M ō te T ūranga | About the Role

As a Gaming Machine Attendant - Premier Host, you’ll deliver high-quality gaming services while ensuring the security and integrity of gaming machine operations. This is a frontline role where customer experience, attention to detail and responsible hosting are at the heart of everything you do.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering friendly, professional and informative service to gaming customers
• Assisting guests with gaming machine enquiries, payouts and “how to play” explanations
• Accurately handling cash transactions, payouts and required documentation
• Supporting machine operations, including fills and minor maintenance – full training will be provided
• Promoting responsible gaming and alcohol consumption in line with host responsibility standards

M ōu | About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong customer focus and a calm, professional approach in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll also have:

• Experience in a customer service role
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, approachable manner
• Confidence handling cash and completing paperwork accurately
• A Certificate of Approval (CoA), or the ability to successfully obtain one with a clear criminal history
