About the Role

As a Stage Assistant & Farm Tour Driver, you’ll be at the heart of the Agrodome experience. You’ll help deliver our world-famous farm show, guide guests on tractor tours across our 350-acre working farm, and care for our animals and land. Every day is different, and every visitor leaves with a smile—thanks to you.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in beautiful Rotorua, just 10 minutes from the city centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Presenting and assisting with our live farm show
• Driving tractor tours and engaging with guests
• Caring for farm animals and maintaining the land
• Promoting sustainable farming practices and the Tiaki Promise
• Creating unforgettable moments for our manuhiri (visitors)

What You’ll Bring

• Confidence around farm animals and a passion for animal care
• A natural performer—comfortable speaking in front of audiences
• A full NZ driver’s licence
• Tourism or customer service experience (a bonus!)
• Commitment to health & safety and sustainability
