$60k base + uncapped commission (OTE $90k+) + rapid career progression

At ClinicWise we’re helping veterinary clinics improve the way they communicate with pet owners and manage patient workflows.

We’re growing quickly and looking for an ambitious SDR to join our Christchurch team.

This is not a passive “sit back and wait for leads” role. You’ll be speaking with veterinary clinics across international markets, generating opportunities, booking demos, and helping drive the next stage of our growth.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career, including recent graduates or candidates looking to break into tech sales, who wants rapid progression, high earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company.

For the right person, this role can quickly progress into an Account Executive position with significant earning potential and opportunities to travel internationally for conferences and industry events.

What you’ll be doing

  • Calling veterinary clinics and decision makers
  • Booking qualified product demos for our sales team
  • Following up leads across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Managing pipeline activity in the CRM
  • Learning the veterinary industry and how clinics operate
  • Working closely with founders and leadership as we scale
  • Contributing ideas to improve outreach and sales processes

What we’re looking for

You do not need years of SaaS experience. We care more about attitude, energy, resilience, and communication skills.

You’ll likely succeed in this role if you:

  • Are confident speaking on the phone
  • Handle rejection well and stay motivated
  • Are ambitious and highly driven
  • Want a fast-paced startup environment
  • Are organised and proactive
  • Want a genuine pathway into sales leadership or Account Executive roles
  • Are comfortable with early morning starts

Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, recruitment, retail, fitness, or outbound calling is a bonus, but not essential.
