About ClinicWise

ClinicWise helps veterinary practices improve how they communicate with pet owners and manage patient workflows. We're a growing SaaS platform used by clinics across multiple countries, and we're building a support team that understands our customers' world.

The role

We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our growing team at ClinicWise. This is a hands-on role supporting veterinary practices using our software.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact for customer support inquiries (email, chat, tickets)
  • Help customers implement and get the most out of ClinicWise
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with our team to resolve them
  • Build and maintain documentation and knowledge resources as you learn our product
  • Identify patterns in customer issues and help improve our product and processes

Who you are

  • Great at communicating with customers - you're patient, clear, and genuinely want to help them succeed
  • Organised and detail-oriented; you track things well and follow through
  • Willing to learn; you're not daunted by unfamiliar tools or workflows, and you're curious about how vet clinics work
  • Proactive; you spot problems before customers do and suggest solutions

Nice to have

  • Previous customer support or implementation experience
  • Familiarity with SaaS products or practice management systems
  • Interest in veterinary medicine or clinic operations
