Join Dicker Data as a Commercial Account Manager where you'll spearhead the growth of Citrix business across New Zealand's commercial mid-market. This hunter-led sales role is your chance to drive new customer acquisition while nurturing existing relationships. Collaborate with partner sales reps, solution specialists & internal teams to align Citrix's digital workspace solutions with customer needs, accelerating revenue & adoption.

As a trusted advisor, you'll influence stakeholders & position Citrix solutions in competitive environments. Your strategic approach will support solution strategies & guide opportunities through the sales cycle. This role demands a proactive, results-driven individual ready to make a significant impact.

The Role

  • Generate new Citrix business across NZ's mid-market with proactive prospecting & pipeline development.
  • Identify customer needs & align Citrix solutions to deliver clear business value & drive acquisition.
  • Develop & execute territory & account plans aligned to revenue growth & market penetration.
  • Work with partner sales teams to build joint opportunities & progress deals through the sales cycle.
  • Lead end-user engagements, from discovery to proposals, leveraging specialists to improve outcomes.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline across new logos, renewals & expansion opportunities for growth.
  • Identify & execute upsell & cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base effectively.
  • Manage renewals proactively to support retention, minimise churn & protect recurring revenue.

  • Knowledge of Citrix, virtualisation, or cloud infrastructure.
