Performance Life Coach Contractor

We are recruiting for a Performance Life Coach Contractor (0.4 FTE) for our HPSNZ Hub - Cambridge.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Life, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of the Performance Life Programme to supported athletes and contributing to the development of national Performance Life strategies, programme initiatives, resources, and best practice delivery as a part of the Performance Life Team.
The Performance Life programme is designed around four key focus areas: Career & Education, Personal Development, Wellbeing and Transitions.
You are suitable for this role if you have:
- A proven ability to coach, mentor, or supervise individuals in their goals
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and evaluate personal development plans for individuals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to motivate behaviour change to have a positive impact on the individual
- Experience in working as part of an integrated team
- An understanding of the high-performance environment and needs of elite athletes is beneficial
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant area
- A very high work ethic
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when needed
