About Pact

At Pact, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful, connected life.

We support people with intellectual disabilities, mental health & addiction challenges and, young people, to reach their goals and build independence. Our passionate team walks alongside individuals, empowering them to thrive in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Fixed-Term Full-Time support worker who is ready to make a genuine impact. In this role, you'll support people as they explore their community, discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and work toward personal goals. Make a real difference in someone’s life every day — no two days are the same. Join a supportive team, earn while you learn, and build a meaningful career in disability support.

In this role, you will:

  • Support people in the community as they set and achieve personal goals
  • Encourage participation in daily life and community activities
  • Provide practical assistance with routines, well-being, and skill-building
  • Model positive behaviours and foster confidence, resilience, and hope
  • Keep clear, accurate documentation to support progress
  • And most importantly, ensure the people you work with have fun and feel valued!

This role requires flexibility to work a mix of day, evening and weekend shifts. This is a Fixed-Term position for 9-12 months.
