Employment: Full Time, Fixed Term (12-month parental leave backfill)

Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor, this role offers the chance to shape Quality initiatives across a portfolio and pipeline of diverse brands. Take ownership of the following key responsibilities and make a real difference:
- Release of product to market through Quality Oversight review.
- Support Quality & Compliance activities, including documentation management (e.g. technical agreements, and vendor qualification);
- Ensure all activities align with GMP requirements and relevant legal, regulatory and safety standards;
- Deliver reliable internal and external customer service while contributing to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
The minimum qualifications and experience required for this role are:
- Demonstrated capability working in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or related industry (Minimum of 2 years’ experience and good knowledge of pharmaceutical GMPs or similar, is required).
- An appropriate quality qualification is desirable (e.g. NZOQ Certificate in QA).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to use Microsoft Office suite.
- High level of communication skills – both oral and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy etc).
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand (New Zealand Citizen or appropriate Visa holder)
