As Builts / Draughting Technician

About the Role

We're looking for an As Builts / Draughting Technician to join our Christchurch team.

This role supports the delivery of accurate As Built information, draughting, cable location, and network recording services across electrical infrastructure projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, and field teams, you'll help ensure network information, plans, and records are updated accurately and delivered on time.

You'll be involved in:

• Producing and updating As Built drawings and documentation
• Completing site visits, measurements, and plan mark-ups
• Supporting cable location, GPS recording, and utility plan accuracy
• Providing draughting and design support where required
• Supporting continuous improvement and safe work practices throughout the team

About you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience with draughting, As Builts, or utility network documentation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and utility plans
• Experience using AutoCAD or similar draughting systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Current driver licence and willingness to complete site visits
