Te Tūranga – About The Role
We’re looking for an Insights & Measurement Manager to lead our Insights & Measurement function, including a small team, and turn data into clear commercial value across our retail media business.
You’ll shape how we measure and communicate value to suppliers through closed-loop measurement, ROI, and clear performance storytelling that links media investment to commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own retail media measurement
Develop and evolve frameworks that clearly demonstrate incremental sales, ROI, and campaign effectiveness across our media channels
- Turn data into action
Translate first-party shopper data into clear, actionable media strategies that influence purchase decisions
- Lead performance storytelling
Build compelling reporting and case studies that connect media exposure to commercial outcomes
- Partner to drive growth
Work cross-functionally with Client Services, Merchandise, and broader Precision Media stakeholders to shape stronger media strategies and supplier outcomes
- Lead and grow the team
Provide day-to-day leadership for the Insights & Measurement team, supporting capability uplift, clear priorities, and strong delivery across insight, planning, and measurement

He Kōrero Mōu - About You
You’re commercially minded and confident working at the intersection of data, media, and strategy. You turn complex information into clear recommendations and measurable outcomes, and you’re comfortable influencing stakeholders across the business. Experience in FMCG, retail, media, or a related sector is highly desirable.
You’ll Also Bring
- 8+ years’ experience across insights, media strategy, analytics, or measurement
- Strong understanding of digital and multi-channel media environments
- Experience working with data to drive commercial decisions and outcomes
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex information
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing a team, with the ability to lift capability and create a high-performing culture
