Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

• Act as a trusted right hand to the Chief Digital Transformation Officer, anticipating needs and enabling focus on strategic priorities
• Provide proactive diary and priority management, acting as a gatekeeper and decision enabler
• Manage communications, briefings and correspondence with sound judgement and discretion
• Prepare and refine Board papers, SLT papers, investment submissions and presentations
• Translate complex digital and transformation initiatives into clear, concise executive narratives

Mōu | About You

• Extensive EA experience (7+ years) supporting senior executives at C-suite level
• Proven ability to operate beyond admin—at a strategic and operational level
• Experience preparing Board and executive-level papers and presentations
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strong organisational judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidence working with senior stakeholders
• Ideally, experience in digital, technology or transformation environments
