This is a permanent full-time opportunity (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) in Auckland, New Zealand.

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Hella New Zealand, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Hella/International standards and best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Proven experience and qualification (PMP or equivalent) as a Project Manager in new product development.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
