Looking for a meaningful alternative to property management or traditional real estate work? As an Industry Trainer - Real Estate, you’ll support learners through their qualification journey in a role that’s collaborative, rewarding, and focused on helping others succeed. We’re looking for someone with strong industry knowledge and a passion for supporting people to join our team in a flexible contract opportunity supporting online learner cohorts. This is a flexible remote contract opportunity for 6-12 months, offering between 20-40 hours per week depending on learner demand and programme delivery needs.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll provide both pastoral and academic support to learners completing online provider-based qualifications. You’ll help learners stay engaged, supported, and on track throughout their studies while contributing to positive learner outcomes.

You’ll

  • Support and manage multiple learner cohorts throughout their qualification journey
  • Provide pastoral care and learner engagement support
  • Mark assessments and deliver timely, constructive feedback
  • Facilitate weekly cohort sessions to support assessment completion
  • Respond to learner queries around assessments, deadlines, and study requirements
  • Monitor learner progress and identify learners needing additional support or intervention
  • Track learner engagement, manage extensions, and support learner retention
  • Support learners into placement opportunities post qualification
  • Prepare monthly reporting on learner outcomes, progress, and challenges for the Delivery Lead

We’re looking for someone who combines industry credibility with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You’ll Have

  • A Level 4 Real Estate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in learner support, training, coaching, or education
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cohorts
  • Experience providing feedback, guidance, and progress support
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, LMS, and CRM systems
  • Unit Standard 4098 and Unit Standard 11551, or a willingness to work towards these with support from Skills Group as part of your professional development
  • A supportive, empathetic, and learner-focused approach
