Your day-to-day would involve

  • Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Leading integrated campaigns across mass and digital channels, focused on performance, brand presence, and commercial outcomes
  • Using customer and funnel insights to optimise campaigns and collaborate with teams to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer journeys

In your first 6-12 months, success will look like:

  • Planning and delivering integrated ATL, digital and BTL campaigns aligned to acquisition and revenue growth targets
  • Translating commercial goals into clear campaign objectives (acquisition, conversion, ROI) and execution plans
  • Owning and optimizing campaign performance across channels, improving CPA, conversion rates and funnel progression
  • Leveraging data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, creative and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborating cross-functionally (Digital, Automation, Frontline, agencies) to deliver seamless customer journeys and strong execution
  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brief and within budget, while maintaining brand standards, compliance, and governance

To thrive in this role, you'll need

  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing manager (or similar) role, ideally within a services environment
  • Proven track record delivering integrated ATL campaigns that drive commercial outcomes (acquisition and/or retention), including managing agencies and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong performance marketing experience across digital channels, with demonstrated ability to optimise based on funnel metrics and conversion targets
  • Insurance or financial services experience is preferred (or demonstrable capability to learn regulated product environments quickly)
  • End-to-end TTL campaign capability, combining digital performance marketing to drive impactful, optimised results
  • Data-driven mindset, using insights, funnel metrics and performance reporting to inform decisions and improvements
  • Strong stakeholder, project, budget and agency management skills, ensuring effective delivery and brand consistency
