About the Role
Support our leaders. Shape the experience. Make a real impact. We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team in Auckland. This is more than a traditional EA role - you'll be a trusted partner to our leaders while also playing a key part in creating a seamless, welcoming and well-run office experience. Responsibilities
- Providing proactive, high-quality executive support including complex diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings end-to-end - agendas, papers, minutes and follow-ups
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting leadership visits and ensuring everything runs seamlessly
- Coordinating travel and managing logistics for executives and visiting staff
- Helping ensure the office is professional, welcoming and running smoothly
- Supporting workplace experience, supplies and day-to-day coordination
- Organising events - from team sessions to member and leadership activities
- Supporting onboarding and general admin across Auckland-based teams
- Championing a positive, connected culture across locations
Qualifications
You'll bring a strong EA background and be confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Skills
- 5+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leaders, with strong judgement and discretion
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Advanced diary and priority management experience (Outlook)
- Confidence coordinating events, travel and logistics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
