About the Role
Based in our Penrose office, this is a fast paced 360 temporary recruitment role where you will manage the full recruitment cycle, working closely with clients to understand workforce needs, secure job orders, and deliver placements. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet fluctuating demand while balancing client management, candidate sourcing, and ongoing placement support within a structured, KPI driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source, screen, and place candidates into temporary assignments
- Manage the end to end recruitment process across a temp desk
- Respond to high volume and urgent client requirements
- Achieve individual and team KPIs and performance targets
- Ensure compliance with payroll, H&S and employment obligations
Skills and Experience Required
- Based in Auckland with the right to work in New Zealand
- 1-2 years' agency recruitment experience
- Exposure to temp or high-volume recruitment is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Resilient, motivated, and comfortable working to targets
